He is what we call semi-feral choosing to love all cats and only a few people. He spent time bouncing from foster home to boarding at the vet always with his faithful companion and brother, Cyrano.
 
In November 2004, while living with our founder, DJ began to keep to himself, lose weight and eat very little. He continued to sleep on the “spare” pillow beside her head but was just not his usual perky and playful self. He was suspected to have one of five diagnoses and tested for every single one of them.
